It's spooky szn! Last night my friends and I had a pumpkin carving and wine evening; something I would definitely recommend.
We were all happy with how our designs turned out. I blame my lopsided pumpkin and two glasses of wine for my misshapen stars but we all agreed that they will look great outside our house on Halloween.
If you have ever carved a pumpkin you will know that inside are hundreds of pumpkin seeds. I didn't want these seeds to go to waste so I decided to season and roast them to make a little snack. They are so easy to roast and enjoy, so I thought I would share these recipes with you so you don't throw away the possibility of a yum autumnal treat.

Yum! After carving my pumpkin this year I made some pumpkin seeds as well! I tried soaking them overnight in water, and it made them turn out much better!
