Located in the beautiful urban jungle of Canary Wharf is a rustic haven called The Sipping Room. A bar and restaurant that provides a delicious range of wonderful dishes as well as a full menu filled with cocktails and botanicals, all at a very affordable price!

I headed to The Sipping Room last week to celebrate my mum accepting a new job in the area! We met outside the restaurant, and we walked through the beautiful floral terrace that had super cute sparkly lights hanging from the parasols and wild flowers dotted between the tables. We continued to walk inside where the atmosphere was super cosy yet still lively. We sat down and looked at the menu...

The menu is filled with so many different, delicious choices! I opted for a Buttermilk Chicken Burger because I was feeling super hungry, and the other reason (and probably the main reason tbh) was because I really wanted to try their Roman Fries! My meal was so so delicious.

The name 'The Sipping Room' suggests that it would be rude not to sip on some cocktails while you're there! The Sipping Room has a huge collection of cocktails and different drinks for you to try. Throughout the evening I tried four cocktails, and they were all so refreshing, sweet and delicious!

Snow Queen vodka, lemon, dragon fruit syrup & egg white

It's embarrassing how long it took me to realise that the sauce on top of this cocktail spelt out 'Sip' hahaha...

The service was so friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere of the bar in the evening was great! The music was great and it has a lively but relaxed vibe. I would certainly return to The Sipping Room as I had such a wonderful evening, in a beautiful location, with delicious food and drink, and all for an affordable price (especially for London...).

Yes, even the toilets are cute!
