The Jacaranda Lounge is located at the bay of Es Canar. It's a unique and beautiful experience that includes a wonderful outdoor terrace, an gorgeous swimming pool surrounded by Balinese beds. In addition a private beach with sun loungers, luxury sofas and oriental gazebos.

Situated on the edge of the sea in Es Canar in Ibiza is Koh Samui Thai Restaurant. Whilst I was staying in Es Canar, the Koh Samui Thai Restaurant was my favourite place to eat because the experience was amazing and the food was delicious.
We sat down at a table right next to the crystal blue seas of Ibiza, and we had wonderful panoramic views of the shoreline. The interior of the restaurant was so white and pretty with oriental parasols, twinkly lights and lit candles. We arrived for dinner at the perfect time for sunset and it was so beautiful.
The menu was filled with so many delicious Thai dishes to choose from. We ordered some Prawn Crackers and Sweet Chilli Sauce to start. Then for my main, I opted for a Thai Red Curry with Jasmine Rice. The presentation was lovely, and the curry was so light, spicy and delicious. To drink, I chose their Mango Mojito. The mojito is super refreshing, sweet, fruity and delicious!
The service was so friendly and attentive, and as the evening went on the restaurant turned into a bar and we enjoyed some yum cocktails around the pool and beside the sea listening to the DJ there, and then headed to their other bar where there was some live music to listen to while sitting next to the sea.
The Jacaranda Lounge is such a lovely experience. If you're ever staying near Es Canar in Ibiza, I would 100% recommend spending an evening at The Jacaranda Lounge for delicious food, amazing cocktails, a wonderful atmosphere, and great music.
