For a work leaving party last Friday, we headed to Pergola Olympia for some delicious drinks! Pergola Olympia is one of the most beautiful, instagrammable rooftop bars in London...

The Pergola Way

'The Pergola Way is very simple, our venues are free to attend and we take reservations online. We take bookings (recommended) or you can just turn up on the day - we do operate a first come first served basis as we can get busy! We only take bookings for groups of 4 or more, but if you're in a 2 or 3, just turn up and you will more than likely get a space as we hold walk in tables every night. Arrive early to avoid possible queues. Once you are at Pergola we offer drinking and dining in a relaxed and affordable manner, we encourage large groups and will take bookings for up to 199 people for zero cost. All our restaurant kiosks are self-service and food is made to order quickly. ENJOY!'

After a quick Uber, we arrived outside Pergola Olympia (located next to Kensington Olympia tube station). We headed into the building where we jumped in the lift to head up to the rooftop. Pergola Olympia is so so beautiful. There are botanical plants and overgrown ivy draping across the bar with a modern interior of exposed brickwork, cute palm leaf walls and rustic furniture.  

The drinks menu is wonderful! Pergola Olympia offers so many delicious classic cocktails, non-alcoholic cocktails, summer spritzers, house botanicals, soft drinks, wines and beers! Some of our favourites included:

Sunkissed Spritz

Pococello Limoncello, Strawberry Puree, Prosecco, Soda, Lemon, Strawberry

Summer Breeze Spritz

St Germain Elderflower Liquer, Prosecco, Hartridges Elderflower Tonic, Cucumber, Lime, Mint

Spritz Provencal

Provence Rose, Belsazar Rose Vermouth, Lemonade, Orange

Pomegranate and Basil

Sipsmith London Dry, Double Dutch Pomegranate and Basil Tonic Water, Pomegranate Seeds, Fresh Basil 

Pornstar Martini

Ketel One, Passoa, Passionfruit, Prosecco

All the drinks were so so delicious and refreshing! Usually the prices of the drinks range from £7.50 to £11 which for London cocktail prices in a beautiful rooftop bar is pretty affordable, but luckily Pergola Olympia have a 2 for 1 Happy Hour every Thursday and Friday from 4pm to 7pm - so drinks were only about £5 each! Such amazing prices for such a beautiful location too!

Also Pergola Olympia is running an offer at the moment when you sign up with your email address you receive a voucher for a free Frose! The Frose was so delicious and refreshing. The Verdict

I would definitely recommend heading up to Pergola Olympia London if you're looking for places to eat and drink in London!

Its super affordable and such a beautiful bar to sit in and enjoy. I can't wait to return to try more drinks, and try the food next time too! I'd also like to return when there is an amazing sunset because the photos will look so beautiful.

It looks really empty from the photos I know, but if you look closely you can see that all the tables are reserved so later on in the evening the atmosphere is buzzing and so much fun. Pergola also have another location in Paddington!
