"Agatha Christie's ingenious courtroom drama fits perfectly in County Hall." - Guardian
I spent the day with my family watching Agatha Christie Witness for Protection theatre production at County Hall along London's Southbank.
'Leonard Vole is accused of murdering a widow to inherit her wealth. The stakes are high - will Leonard survive the shocking witness testimony, will he be able to convince the jury, and you of his innocence and escape the hangman's noose.'
The production is incredibly done. You can sense the drama and passion from the actors on stage and feel immersed in the case as it unfolds. Characters invite you to join in and draw your own conclusions on how the murder took place. You can even purchase tickets to become part of the jury and be involved in the performance.
County Hall is a beautiful venue to stage the production in and it helps to add to the courtroom setting; making it a unique experience.
