Brucciani | Morecambe

''Bring me sunshine in your smile, bring me laughter all the while''
- Morecambe and Wise

In the midst of the cute coastal town of Morecambe, there sits a traditional café with the name Brucciani. The quaint café has been situated in Morecambe since 1893 and has become a family tradition. When stumbling across this café with my family, I absolutely adored the Italian ice cream parlour style furnishings, and the retro feel. The menu was simplistic and served good old family favourites. I opted for a hot chocolate and a ham and cheese toastie - you can't go wrong! The staff were friendly and I had a lovely lunch.

We walked around along the Morecambe coast and had a wonderful, windy day. My little sister adored the sandy beach and the many sea bird sculptures. We also, of course, stood next to the famous Morecambe statue and grabbed a beautiful creamy ice cream.

The sun set on a lovely day...
