I love Autumn; the cosy, dark evenings, pumpkin lattes and warm jumpers. I recently found a lovely hair care company Madison Reed who was sharing how they transition into the new season and I wanted to share too. I decided to show you 3 ways I fall into Autumn...
Snuggly Scarf
When the Autumn months return I love to pick out a cosy, warm scarf to wear. At the moment, I am loving the AW15 trend Heritage which is taking over high street stores at the moment. Heritage is all about checks, mustard colours, dark browns and overall autumnal colours. This year I have bought two scarves from New Look, but I decided to show you my checked scarf from Gap. It has a lovely traditional check pattern which I love, and the scarf is also made out of a very soft material tassels on the end.
Warm Hands
During the Autumn/Winter months the cold weather can cause your hands to become very cold and dry. It is important to keep them moisturised, but most importantly warm. I have the perfect pair of mittens that I will be wearing constantly these months - especially when watching the fireworks this weekend. I love this gloves so much I am tempted to wear them now, but that would make writing this blog post very difficult! These faux fur and suede gloves are so warm it is unbelievable, and their
traditional brown and white colours mean that you can wear them with any outfit.
Nailed It
I've decided to share with you two nail varnishes that I have been loving the last few weeks. I think these colours are perfect for Autumn. The first is one I bought from New Look from their new Pure Colour collection. The consistency and brush is perfect, and the deep red colour is perfect for these next few months. I love the richness of the colour and it has such a dramatic finish. In contrast, the next nail varnish I picked was called Cozy Mornings. This mellow colour is a pinky nude which I bought from Sephora. Again, the brush and consistency is amazing, and the colour is lovely for everyday wear. It leaves your nails looking well pampered.
I hope this post has given you a few more ways to fall into Autumn...
